Furnace repair and installation in Kelowna
We repair every make and model of furnace, and we install new high-efficiency gas furnaces from $2,500, including all taxes and permit fees. If your furnace quits after hours, call anyway: we answer 7 days a week.

Is your furnace not working properly?
Call us and describe what's happening. Anthony will often walk you through a few checks over the phone, and if that doesn't fix it, he'll come out, find the fault and replace the parts that need replacing. Evening and weekend emergency repairs are charged at the same rates as weekday work.
Regular maintenance keeps a furnace running safely and helps it last. Most manufacturers give a 10-year parts warranty on furnaces that are serviced every year, so an annual visit also protects your warranty.
What does a new furnace cost?
New furnaces are installed from $2,500, including all taxes and permit fees. Every installation is different, so call for a free, no-obligation estimate with no hidden costs.
We don't mark up the equipment. You see our supplier's bill for your furnace or air conditioner, which works out to a discount of at least 40 percent off retail, and we charge GST on our labour only. We can also help you with Fortis BC rebates.
Which furnace is right for your home?
A new energy-efficient furnace can cut your fuel use by up to half compared with an older model. We'll match the furnace to your home and how you live. Options include:
- Modulating gas furnaces that run at low output most of the time and ramp up as the temperature drops
- Variable-speed blowers for quiet running and even temperatures
- Dual-fuel setups that pair with a heat pump
- Wi-Fi thermostats and remote monitoring
- Humidifier and air purifier compatibility
We're an authorized American Standard heating and cooling dealer, and we install other well-known brands, including Energy Star qualified models.

What customers say
“Woke up to a grinding, screaming furnace noise on Christmas Eve. Realizing it was a Sunday, I had little hope of finding someone to come over. I phoned Phillips plumbing, and to my surprise he answered. Anthony said he thought he should come over and check out the furnace to make sure it was safe to run. He right away diagnosed it as the blower motor was going. Promptly ordered the part and we had it installed on the Wednesday once it got here. I was extremely grateful for the above and beyond service.”
“My furnace quit last Saturday after a power outage. About 8 pm I called Anthony and he told me different things to try to get the furnace going but I couldn't get it to run. He was very patient with me because I really didn't know what I was doing. He said he would come the next day and he did. He had it running within 5 minutes. He didn't charge me anything.”
“I called Phillips Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning after three other companies had looked at my furnace and could not determine what was wrong. Their only suggestion was to replace it. The furnace is top of line and only 5 years old! Anthony came, the same day, checked it over and had the diagnosis done in 10 min (flame sensor) and now my furnace is working again and my Daughter and I are as warm as can be!”
